Polk Borough is a United States borough located in the Venango County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 1031 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 995, making it the 870th most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 1.95 mi˛ (5.05 square kilometre), of which, 1.94 square miles (5.02 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 391st largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1031 people in the borough, organized into 196 households, and 127 families residing in the borough. The population density was 531 people per square mile (205.02/km˛), giving it the 232nd least densely populated borough among the Pennsylvania. The population's age distribution was 11.6% under the age of 18, 3.2% from 18 to 24, 31% from 25 to 44, 37.1% from 45 to 64, and 17.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 102.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 99.8 males.
