Pocahontas City, Randolph County, Arkansas is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 6518 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 6713, It is 49th most populous in Arkansas. The city encompasses an area of 7.56 square miles (19.58 square kilometre ), of which, 7.35 square miles (19.04 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.21 square miles (0.54 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 64th largest by size in Arkansas.
