Poca Town, Putnam County, West Virginia is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 1013 people (2000 census). The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1032, making it the 154th most populous in West Virginia. It has total area of 0.72 square miles (1.86 square kilometre), of which, 0.56 square miles (1.45 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.16 square miles (0.41 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 174th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1013 people, 404 households, and 311 families residing in the town.
