Plymouth City, Amador County, California is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 980 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1033, making it California's 162nd smallest. Its area is just over 0.93 square miles (2.41 kmē), of which, 0.92 square miles (2.38 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 110th smallest by total area in California.
