Plumville Borough is a borough located in the Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 342. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 317, making it Pennsylvania's 205th smallest. The borough comprises an area of 0.51 square miles (1.32 sq km), it is the 323rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 342 people in the borough, organized into 123 households, and 93 families residing in the borough.
