Plantersville Town is a United States town located in the Lee County, Mississippi, United States. The population of the town was 1144 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1338, It is the 168th largest in terms of population. The town comprises an area of 1.45 mi˛ (3.76 square kilometre), of which, 1.44 square miles (3.73 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 211th largest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
