Plain City City is a city in the Weber County, Utah, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3489. The July 2008 population estimate is 5288, making it the 91st most populous in Utah. The city has a total area of 3.74 miē (9.69 kmē), of which, 3.73 square miles (9.66 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 158th largest by total area among Utah.
