Piqua City, Miami County, Ohio is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 20738 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 20582, It is Ohio's 83rd largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.94 mi˛ (28.33 square kilometre), of which, 10.69 square miles (27.69 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.24 square miles (0.62 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 81st largest by total area in Ohio.
