Pine Level Town is one of the town of Johnston County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 1313 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1774, It is North Carolina's 343rd largest by population . The town spans an area of 1.06 square miles (2.75 kmē), it is the 149th smallest in terms of geographical size.
