Pine Bluff City is a one of the Jefferson County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 55085 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 50408, It is sixth most populous in Arkansas. The city spans an area of 46.85 square miles (121.34 square kilometre), of which, 45.61 square miles (118.13 square kilometre) of it is land and 1.24 square miles (3.21 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the sixth largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is ranks fifth in the size of its inland waterways in Arkansas.
