Pilot Station City is a United States city located in the Wade Hampton Census Area, Alaska, United States. Pilot Station City had an official population of 550 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 604, It is the 102nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Alaska. The city spans an area of 2.27 square miles (5.88 sq km), of which, 1.69 square miles (4.38 sq km) of it is land and 0.58 square miles (1.5 sq km) of it is water, making it the 31st smallest by size in Alaska.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 550 residents, 109 households, and 93 families in the city. The population density was 326.2 people per square mile (125.95/kmē), giving it the 24th most densely populated city among the Alaska. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 13 White, Black or African American, 533 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 4 from two or more races and Ohter races.
