Pilot Point City is a city located in Denton County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3538 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 4409, giving it the 441st largest population among Texas. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.05 miē (7.9 kmē ), makes it the 624th largest by total area in Texas.
