Pilot Point City is one of the city of Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 100 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 80, making it the 94th least populous in Alaska. It has total area of 140.51 sq mi (363.92 square kilometre), of which, 25.39 square miles (65.76 square kilometre) of it is land and 115.12 square miles (298.16 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 47th largest by size in Alaska. It is ranks eighth in the size of its inland waterways in Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 100 people, 29 households, and 22 families residing in the city. The population density was 3.9 people per square mile (1.51/kmē), it is 105th least densely populated city in Alaska.
