Pikeville City, Tennessee is a city of the Bledsoe County, Tennessee, United States. Pikeville City had an official population of 1781 in 2000. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1896, It is the 197th largest by population in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The city encompasses an area of 2.42 mi˛ (6.27 sq km), making it the 254th largest by size in Tennessee.
