Pierce City is a city in the Pierce County, Nebraska, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1774. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1640, It is Nebraska's 67th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 0.9 sq mi (2.33 square kilometre), of which, 0.88 square miles (2.28 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 105th largest in terms of geographical size.
