Phoenix Village is a city located in Oswego County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the city was 2251 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2138, making it New York's 557th largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.25 miē (3.24 kmē), of which, 1.14 square miles (2.95 kmē) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 kmē) of it is water, making it New York's 339th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2251 people in the city, organized into 959 households, and 578 families residing in the city. The population density was 1966.2 people per square mile (759.15/kmē), it is New York's 408th most densely populated city.
