Phoenix City is a city located in the Jackson County, Oregon, United States. The city has a population of 4060 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 4402, making it Oregon's 100th largest. It has total area of 1.25 mi˛ (3.24 sq km), it is the 175th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.
