Philo Village is one of the city of Champaign County, Illinois, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 1314 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1608, It is the 608th largest by population in the U.S. state of Illinois.
