Phillipsburg Town is a one of the Warren County, New Jersey, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 15166 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 14528, It is 95th most populous in New Jersey. It is spread over 3.34 miē (8.65 kmē), of which, 3.22 square miles (8.34 kmē ) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 kmē) of it is water, it is the 174th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

The racial makeup of the town was 13928 White, 527 Black or African American, 18 American Indian, 126 Asian, 2 Native Hawaiian, 259 from two or more races and 306 Ohter races.
