Phillipsburg City is one of the city of Phillips County, Kansas, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 2668. It has total area of 1.6 miē (4.14 kmē), it is the 121st largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
