Petersburg City is a city located in Nelson County, North Dakota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 195 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 165, It is the 182nd largest by population in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
