Perryville City is a city located in Perry County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 7667 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 8172, making it the 95th most populous in Missouri. It is spread over 7.74 sq mi (20.05 square kilometre), of which, 7.59 square miles (19.66 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 74th largest by total area among Missouri.
