Perryville City is a city located in Perry County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1458 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1442, It is 164th most populous in Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 4.77 sq mi (12.35 sq km), it is the 110th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
