Perrysburg City, Ohio is a city of the Wood County, Ohio, United States. As of 2000 the population was 16945. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 17049, making it Ohio's 104th largest. The city encompasses an area of 9.13 sq mi (23.65 sq km ), of which, 8.92 square miles (23.1 sq km) of it is land and 0.21 square miles (0.54 sq km) of it is water, it is the 106th largest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.

As of the census of 2000, there were 16945 people, 6592 households, and 4559 families living in the city. The population density was 1899.2 people per square mile (733.29/kmē), it is Ohio's 333rd most densely populated city.
