Perkinsville Village, Windsor County, Vermont is a city located in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 142 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 136, It is the second smallest in terms of population. It has total area of 0.19 mi˛ (0.49 square kilometre), it is the second smallest by area in the U.S. state of Vermont.
