Perham City is a city located in the Otter Tail County, Minnesota, United States. It is home to over 2559 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2730, It is the 206th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city spans an area of 2.62 square miles (6.79 kmē), making it the 259th largest by size in Minnesota.
