Peoria Heights Village is a one of the Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford counties, Illinois, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city encompasses an area of 6.91 sq mi (17.9 kmē ), of which, 2.64 square miles (6.84 kmē) of it is land and 4.27 square miles (11.06 kmē) of it is water, it is the 139th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks fourth in the size of its inland waterways in Illinois.

The median age was 38.1 years, the median age of male residents at 36.2 and the median age of female residents at 40.2. The racial makeup of the city was 6163 White, 229 Black or African American, 21 American Indian, 71 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 81 from two or more races and 70 Ohter races.
