Penns Grove Borough, Salem County, New Jersey is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 4886 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 4688, It is the 290th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 0.93 square miles (2.41 square kilometre), it is the 72nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
