Pendleton County, Kentucky is a county of the United States of Kentucky. The county has a population of 14390 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 14992, giving it the 76th largest population among Kentucky's county. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 281.87 sq mi (730.04 sq km), of which, 280.54 square miles (726.6 sq km) of it is land and 1.33 square miles (3.44 sq km) of it is water, it is the 76th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
