Pendleton City is a city located in Umatilla County, Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 16354 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 16380, making it the 30th most populous in Oregon. It has total area of 10.05 mi˛ (26.03 sq km), it is the 25th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.
