Penbrook Borough is a borough located in the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 3044 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2919, making it Pennsylvania's 452nd largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.46 mi˛ (1.19 sq km), makes it the 284th smallest by total area in Pennsylvania.
