Pembroke City is a city in the Bryan County, Georgia, United States. In 2000, the population was 2379. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2544, giving it the 224th largest population among Georgia. The city has a total area of 7.63 sq mi (19.76 kmē), of which, 7.61 square miles (19.71 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, it is the 112th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2379 people, 819 households, and 631 families residing in the city. The population density was 312.5 people per square mile (120.66/kmē), making it the 168th least densely populated city in Georgia.
