Pearl River Town is a town in the St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1839 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 2193, It is the 198th largest by population in the U.S. state of Louisiana. It has total area of 2.53 square miles (6.55 kmē), of which, 2.49 square miles (6.45 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, making it the 220th largest by size in Louisiana.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1839 people in the town, organized into 400 households, and 290 families living in the town. The population density was 737.7 people per square mile (284.83/kmē), it would be the 189th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Louisiana.
