According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Pearl City Cdp is home to 30976 inhabitants. It is Hawaii's sixth largest by population . It is spread over 5.81 mi˛ (15.05 sq km), of which, 4.98 square miles (12.9 sq km ) of it is land and 0.83 square miles (2.15 sq km) of it is water, making it the 45th largest by size in Hawaii.
