Pawnee City City is one of the city of Pawnee County, Nebraska, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 1033 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 864, making it the 113th most populous in Nebraska. The city comprises an area of 1.17 square miles (3.03 square kilometre), makes it the 74th largest by total area in Nebraska.
