Patterson Springs Town is one of the town of Cleveland County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 620 inhabitants. It covers total area of 0.91 mi˛ (2.36 square kilometre), giving it the 113th smallest by total area among North Carolina.
