Patterson Heights Borough is a borough located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 670 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 614, It is the 384th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.25 sq mi (0.65 sq km), of which, 0.24 square miles (0.62 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 128th smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 670 people, 256 households, and 200 families living in the borough. The population density was 2757.4 people per square mile (1064.64/kmē), it would be the 447th most densely populated borough in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. There were 268 housing units at an average density of 1116.7 per square mile (431.16/kmē). The average household size was 2.62 persons, and the average family size was 3.02 persons. Age range in the borough was well distributed with 25.7% under the age of 18, 4.5% from 18 to 24, 23.4% from 25 to 44, 26.6% from 45 to 64, and 19.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 91.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.9 males. The median age is 43.2 years, the median age of male residents at 42.8 and the median age of female residents at 43.4. The racial makeup of the borough was 96.57% White, 0.3% Black or African American, 0% American Indian, 0.45% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 1.64% from two or more races and 1.04% Other races.
