Patterson City is a city located in Pierce County, Georgia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 627 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 681, giving it the 198th smallest population among Georgia. The city encompasses an area of 2.72 square miles (7.04 square kilometre), it is the 313th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
