Patoka Village is a city located in Marion County, Illinois, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 633. The July 2008 population estimate is 606, making it Illinois's 836th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.1 square miles (2.85 kmē ), it is the 674th largest in terms of geographical size.
