Pataskala City is a city located in Licking County, Ohio, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 10249 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 12683, It is the 175th largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 28.53 mi˛ (73.89 sq km ), of which, 28.51 square miles (73.84 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 12th largest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.
