Parryville Borough is a borough located in the Carbon County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is home to over 478 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 504, It is the 291st smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough encompasses an area of 1.65 square miles (4.27 sq km ), of which, 1.63 square miles (4.22 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it the 474th largest by size in Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 478 people in the borough, organized into 189 households, and 140 families residing in the borough. The population density was 293.2 people per square mile (113.21/kmē), making it the 124th least densely populated borough in Pennsylvania. There were 222 housing units at an average density of 136.2 per square mile (52.59/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.53 persons, and the average family size was 2.91 persons. In the borough the population was distributed as follows: 18.8% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 29.5% from 25 to 44, 28.9% from 45 to 64, and 14.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 108.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 112 males. The median age was 40.8 years, the median age of male residents at 40.7 and the median age of female residents at 41.1. The racial makeup of the borough was 472 White, 1 Black or African American, 2 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 2 from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
