Parker City, Collin County, Texas is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1379. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2911, It is the 789th largest by population in the U.S. state of Texas. It covers total area of 5.19 sq mi (13.44 sq km), giving it the 411th largest by total area among Texas.
