Park Hills City is a city located in St. Francois County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Park Hills City is home to 7861 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 8851, It is Missouri's 91st largest by population . It is spread over 20.15 square miles (52.19 sq km), of which, 20.03 square miles (51.88 sq km ) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 sq km) of it is water, it is the 20th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.

For every 100 females there were 89.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 85 males. The median age was 33.6 years, the median age of male residents at 31.6 and the median age of female residents at 35.6. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 7674 White, 25 Black or African American, 21 American Indian, 35 Asian, 2 Native Hawaiian, 72 from two or more races and 32 Ohter races.
