Park Falls City is one of the city of Price County, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 2793 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2262, It is the 190th most populous in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.8 mi˛ (9.84 square kilometre ), of which, 3.55 square miles (9.19 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.25 square miles (0.65 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 177th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2793 people, 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 787.1 people per square mile (303.9/km˛), making it the 324th most densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 1302 housing units at an average density of 366.8 per square mile (141.62/km˛). The average household size was 2.24 people, and the average family size was 2.88 people.
