Paoli Town is a town in the Garvin County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 649 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 660, making it Oklahoma's 301st largest. The town comprises an area of 0.3 mi˛ (0.78 square kilometre), it is the 116th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 649 people in the town, organized into 247 households, and 190 families residing in the town. The population density was 2164.9 people per square mile (835.87/km˛), it is the 15th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 268 housing units at an average density of 893.3 per square mile (344.91/km˛). The average household size was 2.63 and the average family size was 3.05.
