Pamplico Town is a town in the Florence County, South Carolina, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1139. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1154, giving it the 219th largest population among South Carolina. It is spread over 1.86 mi˛ (4.82 sq km), of which, 1.85 square miles (4.79 sq km ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it South Carolina's 241st largest by total area.

The population density was 615.2 people per square mile (237.53/km˛), it is 196th most densely populated town in South Carolina.
