Palmyra Village is a United States city located in the Wayne County, New York, United States. In 2000, the population was 3490. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 3411, giving it the 425th largest population among New York. The city spans an area of 1.33 square miles (3.44 square kilometre), making it New York's 697th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3490 people in the city, organized into 1494 households, and 871 families living in the city.
