Palestine City is a city in the St. Francis County, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 741 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 686, It is the 241st largest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.24 square miles (8.39 kmē ), of which, 3.22 square miles (8.34 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it the 161st largest by size in Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 741 people in the city, organized into 299 households, and 209 families living in the city.
