Pace Town is a United States town located in the Bolivar County, Mississippi, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 364 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 357, making it the 57th least populous in Mississippi. Its area is just over 0.16 miē (0.41 kmē), of which, 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it the sixth smallest by size in Mississippi.

As of the census of 2000, there were 364 people, 129 households, and 96 families residing in the town. The population density was 2365.3 people per square mile (913.25/kmē), it would be the ninth most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
