Ozan City is a city in the Hempstead County, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 81 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 77, It is the 22nd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city has a total area of 0.32 sq mi (0.83 sq km), it is the 48th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
